About Aerial Athletics Dallas

Welcome! This is an inclusive space created for everyBODY in our DFW community, as well as those just in town visiting! We’re the un-studio, affectionately known as NAS (short for “not a studio”). From curious beginners to seasoned pros, no matter where you are in your journey, you belong here. We’re a private  (by appointment only) training facility, not a traditional studio with staffed instructors and weekly classes. That means flexible access, no drop-in classes, and a space designed for focused training and growth.

Our Mission: Aerial Athletics Dallas is dedicated to supporting aerial athletes, instructors, professional performers, and competitors by providing access to an affordable, safe facility to train and develop their craft. We’re building a community rooted in accessibility, collaboration, and growth, creating pathways that elevate our industry and celebrate the incredible talent within it. Whether you’re here for deliberate practice or simply to enjoy our calm, friendly atmosphere, we’re here to make sure you have the support and resources to thrive.

My Why

When I started out, I was building a career in a brand-new, incredibly niche industry with no roadmap, limited resources, and a whole lot of trial and error.

As a solopreneur, I faced a choice many small business owners know too well: build it and hope they will come, spend money I didn’t have on services I couldn’t afford, or spend countless hours DIYing everything to keep costs down. Add to that the toxic industry norms, legacy gatekeeping, and learned scarcity mentality that left many in this community acting as rivals rather than allies. Either way, it felt lonely, overwhelming, and way harder than it needed to be.

I kept thinking: there has to be a better way. Over the years I’ve learned (and proved) that community and support can make all the difference, and the ripple effect of that difference has the ability to transform not just a life, but an entire industry.

So I created Aerial Athletics Dallas, the space and resource I wish I’d had from day one. Because whether you’re building a business from the ground up or simply pursuing your artistic passion and honing your craft, you shouldn’t have to choose between breaking the bank, burning out or selling out to make it happen.
