Floor space only: $60/hour. This includes use of the dance floor and studio space, without pole or aerial equipment.
Pole and aerial equipment access: $85/hour. This includes everything in the floor-space rate, plus access to our poles and aerial equipment. Please choose the rate that matches what you plan to use.
What your rental time includes. Setup, filming, breakdown, and cleanup all count toward your booked time, so plan to be packed up and out by the end of your session.
Minimum booking. Our schedule is built on set daily time slots, so bookings are made in full-hour blocks, starting at 1 hour. Recurring weekly rentals are always booked in full-hour blocks.
Special events. For one-time special events, such as workshops, private events, or one-time shoots, we may be able to offer 30-minute bookings. Email us at [email address] to ask, since it depends on that day’s schedule. Special event bookings are arranged with us directly and aren’t available in the booking system.
Half-hour bookings are charged at half the hourly rate:
- Floor space only: $30 per half hour
- Pole and aerial equipment access: $42.50 per half hour
Payment is due when your special event is confirmed. All other studio policies, including our 24-hour cancellation policy, card on file, and 10-minute early arrival window, apply to special event bookings too.
Recurring monthly bookings. Instructors who want a weekly time slot book and pay for the full month in advance. See Booking and Payment for how renewals and rescheduling work.
