What if I don't have insurance and/or CPR/AED certification?

Use of our facility for any movement-based classes requires current teaching insurance and current CPR/AED certification – NO EXCEPTIONS. As instructors that are responsible the safety of those we teach (as well as ourselves) you absolutely MUST have these at any stage of your teaching career. Yes, some studios may cover you under their teaching policy but that coverage can be limited and does not cover you teaching outside of their four walls. It is highly recommended that you always carry your own teaching insurance. Glad I did always beats wish I had!

What are the fees?
What are the Studio Rental Policies?
Students are required to sign the Aerial Athletics Dallas liability waiver and adhere to all studio, safety and parking policies.

You are required to arrive before your students and depart after your students. Students will not be permitted to enter the studio or the training space without your presence.

Use of safety mats is required.

No kids, pets or non-training guests allowed in the studio.

Please help us respect our business neighbors by following music volume guidelines.

We have a strict “leave it better than you found it” policy. Instructors are required to clean up after themselves and their students.

Important Safety Notice

The safety and professional experience of every client is my highest priority. All instructors are expected to maintain proper teaching and spotting standards at all times. Any safety concerns will be addressed immediately and corrected. Repeated issues may affect future booking privileges as we work to ensure a secure environment for our entire community.
Restrictions

Private rentals may not be used to host open studio sessions, as we already provide these for the community through our community partner FlexyFit. However, you’re welcome to book private practice time for your crew, competition team, or closed group training.
