Equipment Consultation $75
Schedule a 30 minute consultation to ensure your home and equipment are set up for success. This service is designed for individuals looking to install a new home dance pole, or upgrade an existing one, in their space. We answer your questions, help you determine what equipment you need, and assist with placing your X-Pole order. The cost covers areas within 20 miles of zip code 75252, with an additional travel fee of $25 for every extra 10 miles beyond that. We also offer expert pole installation services to help you get set up properly.
Floor to Ceiling Poles $130 - $250 per pole
We install removable, tension mounted poles for ceiling heights between 7ft and 11ft. If your ceiling is higher, a quick consultation will help determine if a studio Build a Pole is needed for your setup.
(Installation only, does not include the price of pole equipment)
Free Standing Stage Poles $150 - $250 per pole
We install removable, stage poles – standard 12″ off the floor or Lite 4″ off the floor round base stage. Ideal for spaces needing temporary setup or that are not suitable for tension mounted poles.

Studio & Gym Installation Consulting, Installation & Maintenance
Location + Equipment Consultation $250
Schedule a 45 minute consultation to ensure your location and equipment are set up for success. This service is designed for studios and gyms looking to install new dance poles, or upgrade existing ones, in their space. We answer your questions, help you determine what equipment you need and assist with placing your X-Pole order. The cost covers areas within 20 miles of zip code 75252, with an additional travel fee of $25 for every extra 10 miles beyond that. We also offer expert pole installation services to help you get set up properly.
Permanent Studio Pole Installation $200 - $450 (per pole)
We install permanent studio poles with secure ceiling mounts, available in heights ranging from 8ft to 14ft.
PoleAway System Installation $200 - $450 (per pole)
We install semi permanent poles (using the PoleAway system) to help maximize your space for other classes by stowing your dance fitness equipment, such as studio poles, into the ceiling for easy setup and takedown. This solution works for studio poles measuring 9.5ft to 12ft.
A La Carte Services Maintenance, Mount Installation and Order Receiving + Delivery
Pole Maintenance $75 - $150
Safety first! We help you maintain your dance fitness equipment, just like you would with any exercise equipment. This involves re-adjusting, lubrication, and screw replacements, for 1 to 2 poles.
Permanent Mount Installation Only $150 - $250 per pole
We install permanent mounts for flat or vaulted ceilings

Pole Order Receiving and Delivery Only $50 - $75 per pole
We receive, you relax! Skip the hassle of missed deliveries and heavy packages. Place your X-Pole order, and we’ll receive and deliver it directly to you. Installation services are also available for an additional cost.
X-Stage Order Receiving and Delivery Only $150 - $250 per stage

Travel fees and deposits are calculated based on your location and rental duration needs.
